Exciting news came out a few months ago about the marriage, or I guess the collaboration of Google and VM-ware on their cloud offerings.

So SaaS (Software as a Service) is great. I can work on basic file types in a web browser and not worry about loosing my work due to the device I’m using breaking, getting stolen or running out of battery life. But what about my files which aren’t so basic? Those complex images or videos I want to edit? Maybe I don’t care about paper work, word, spreadsheet or slide deck docs.
